I am a mother of two (three counting my sweet dog Ollie)
who has worked in the corporate world as both a CPA and as the controller of Crate & Barrel. After taking time out to raise my children, I started my own personal training business, which meshed with my passion for lifting heavy things and triathlon. I trained and raced competitively for 7 years, achieving honorable mention my last three years (top 10% in the nation in my age group).
Taking a break from the training and racing allowed me the time to devote to another passion of mine, real estate. Having owned four homes, renovating three of them, moving from the midwest to London, back to the midwest and then to the east coast, I have experienced first hand the joys and stresses of home ownership (and moving!). After living in Sherborn and Dover, Massachusetts for 13 years I bought (and renovated) my current home in the north part of Walpole. I am currently affiliated with Landmark Residential, a small real estate agency with high standards for servicing our buyer and seller clients. I look forward to helping both buyers and sellers through the fun and exciting journey of home ownership!
If you have any questions about buying, selling, what your home is worth or real estate in general, please don’t hesitate to call or email me.

Lisa,
Just wanted to say…Great Page!
Thx, and hope to see you around,
Craig
Hi Lisa,
I didn’t know you had this site until Michelle sent me the article on salmon. I love this piece on Alwyn Cogrove’s article. Thanks for sharing that! Great to see you this weekend. Lorie
Thanks so much for reading. I just started the blog late March. It has been a great forum for me to share what I am passionate about.
Lisa,
I’m so impressed with your passion, accomplishments and wanting to share healthy lifestyle information. Like a lot of people, I’ve been on the roller coaster weight and health-wise. Lately I’ve been doing better, but I’m wanting to live better and be more active in general. No more temporary peaks! It’s pretty cool to have met someone, (even though so long ago) who’s involved at such a high level. Look forward to reading future blog inputs.
Brian
Thanks Brian for the kind words. I do this because I feel a passion for sharing information like this. I think there is so much misinformation out there, or cases where people just don’t know what to do to live a healthy lifestyle. Our country is heading down the wrong path, and I am just one tiny voice trying to make a difference. 🙂
